Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for your specific order.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your controller or accessory in its original packaging, ensuring all included components and cables are secured to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Your Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
